My fee schedule is as follows:

    Initial Intake Meeting (75-90 min)                     $225
    Individual Psychotherapy (55 min)            $160
    Family Therapy Initial Evaluation (75-90min)   $225
    Family Therapy Session (50-55 min)                  $160
    Parent Consultation/Coaching (55 min)              $160
    School Placement Consult Package                    approx $500, determined based on elements needed
    Parent Advocacy at ARD Meetings                  $175
    Psych Report Interpretation & Implementation $160/hr

Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours) $50

I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Sliding scale rates are available for individuals who are experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me for more information.

Insurance
At this time, I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. Out-of-pocket cost is based on the particulars of one’s policy. Most insurance policies are subject to the policy holder paying the contracted rate until the deductible is met, then a copay or co-insurance fee takes effect.

If I am out-of-network for your policy, I can provided you with a coded receipt (Superbill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement in accordance with the policy terms.

Cancellations
If a session must be canceled, please email me at drbhersh@gmail.com. There will be no charge for sessions canceled with greater than 24 hours notice. A $50 charge will be assessed for last minute cancellations or no-shows, because the time slot has been reserved for your appointment. This fee may be waived in emergency circumstances.
